Can they be reused or are they torque to yield? What gaskets have to be replaced during a head install other than the head gasket? Thanks.

6-bolt head bolts can be re-used.

7-bolt head bolts cannot.

You could replace the valve cover gasket and exhaust manifold gaskets, not much else that should need to be messed with in the gasket department though.
