Can the valve seals be reused to another head?

Why would you want to re-use valve stem seals??
Anyways, to answer your question. No. you can't. They are a 1 time use. Once you install a valve stem seal. Thats it. If you try to remove it. It will tear you. Imagine a fishing hook. The valve guide where that valve stem seal is seated is the fishing hook. The valve stem seal is the fishes pallard. What happens when you unhook a fish? Pallard (roof of mouth or top of mouth) gets slightly ripped off. This the same way with a valve stem seal. Once you install them, thats it. When you remove a valve stem seal, its to be replaced with a new one.

no do not reuse them removing them will distort them where they press down on the guide

check the supporting vendors I have seen then for $13.00

any viton blue seal will work just fine

Honestly, I don't think that they are any different from ferreras, blues, oem, toplines. They are just there to seal the gap between the valve stem and the guide. If I were in your shoes, I would replace them with some new ones. I am sure that some new toplines or blues would have a better seal than your used supertech ones. They are already whored out from baing used.
