tons of smoke: head gasket, valve seals??

my 95 eclipse gst has 210k on it and i slowly started noticing little tiny puffes of smoke whenever i pressed the gas after a shift. then i got on it 1 day and it just started pooring white (and sometimes a little blue) smoke. also my turbo makes a wierd grinding noise at 3000 rpm right at spool up. any ideas the car runs perfect it just blows clouds.

also, all 4 spark plugs have a small amount of oil on them and are jet black.

is this the original motor? may need a rebuild....its not like a diesel where they are just getting broke in at 100-150,000 miles.

Check your turbo....first.

If the seal is blwon you could be getting oil in to the intake and cooling + oil into the exhaust.
