1g build help

ok guys heres the deal. i bought a 92 awd 5speed shell bout 6 months ago. since then ive been buyin up parts to get this car back on the road again. but ive ran into a few little problems while im at the end of the build. and any and all help will be great. so now heres my problem- when i tried to start it up for the first time, it would crank over but wouldnt hit. so after bout 10 minutes of lookin all the wiring over again making sure that everything was plugged in i tried it again. well this time it wouldnt turn over at all. just clicked. so i put another starter on it this morning and it will turn over like it should but i have no check engine light and i dont think that any of the guages are working. i know i have no spark and the ecm is telling the MPI relay to come on so i know that is working. i also tried changing the bulb in the dash for the CEL and it still dont work. now i do have one plug that i have behind the radio that i couldnt find a mate to when i put the dash back into the car. heres a pic of it. like i said im kinda stumped and really want this thing to run. i was planning on taking it to the shootout but it dont look like that is gonna happen. anyways PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

That wire looks like it goes to the cigeret ligher/ashtray lights That harness. Thats not whats stopping the car from running. If you go to the passanger side of the car. Where the ECU is there is a ground wire there for the ECU. there is 3 or 4 wires attached to it. Make shure that is bolted down.

If that dont solve the no start problem then try changing your ECU/fuel injector relay. It the little gold box with a black plastic backing that the harness plugs into. It has 2 tiny 8mm bolts holding it in place from the passangers side of the center console. My 1993 had this problem and I changed this exact relay and she ran once again. Make shure you just dont have a bad fuse or relay in the fuse box as well. Alot of cars problems people think it must be big but really its as simple as a little fuse.
