Resolved 1G auto ECU work for manual car?

well my car has a non turbo ecu in it right now and its a 92 gsx. (didnt know it was non turbo) so im getting this 91 talon tsi for parts and upgrades. but its an automatic and mines a five speed. i was wondering in the auto ecu would work in my manual. i know that its has small fuel injectors but would it be better to run that then a non turbo and would i be risking anything by having an auto ecu in there?? i think so but im not sure so im posting. or if anyone is reading this that wants to trade a auto ecu for a manual for a 1g turbo let me know.

the answer is yes and no. it will plug in but the auto is setup 390cc injectors (i think im right on the cc) and the 5 speed ECU is set for 450cc injectors. just look for a 5 speed ECU

If you can't get a 5 speed turbo ecu, your best bet is to simply install the injectors from your parts car too when you replace the ecu with the auto one. This will allow the car to run normally but like turbotalon31 said, I recommending the correct ecu if you can acquire one. Also, be careful driving on the non turbo ecu since there is a strong possibility of engine damage using that computer on a turbo model.
