1997 Gs-T wiper problem

I have tried searching and even every single name I can think of for the part that is broken. Will link a picture at the end. But wipers were very loose and pulled the cover and found the problem. Just wondering if anyone knows the technical name for it and the center portion, can be ordered though the dealer or just have to go junkyard hunting and pulling. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if JNZTuning still offers it or not, but you sure try. Best bet would be a local part out or the classifieds.
