96 wiper switch problem

So my wiper switch stopped working on intermittent and sometimes will not even turn off. hi and low works normally. I have bought at least 3 used wiper switches and they all seem to have this corrosion on the circuit board and same symptoms. before i buy another can i just get this one fixed?

The 3 switches you bought.. were they all tested in working condition?

No they were from a junkyard, I bought one from a dsm site but the guy runs it through ebay. think its better to buy new
