So I thought my wiper switch was broken because when I turn it off it will sometimes get stuck midway on my windshield or up at the top it doesn't automatically come down. I ordered a new switch well a used one that was said to be working on eBay but the same dang thing is happening still after I put it in anyone know?

That can happen with bad contacts in the wiper motor harness, or wiper motor circuit breaker. You may be able to disassemble the unit and clean them if you are comfortable dong that.

The front wiper assembly is under the cowl, at the base of the windshield on the passenger side. The rear wiper motor assembly is in the tail of the lift-gate.

Okay I don't have a rear wiper motor

I don't see it on the passenger side is it hard to get to?
