idk if my battery going low had anything to do with it. but i charged it and decided to go for a drive. the car started stalling out on me. when i got to the stop sign, it just died. i turn it back on and when i take off it runs fine for a little and then the rpms n speedometer both go down suddenly and the car starts jerking, it keeps doing it in all the gears. i noticed that it does all this when im on a sort of bumpy road or go over a speed bump. any ideas on what it can be about???

I had this happen with my car. Start with the basics like battery clamps, grounds, etc. Is your check engine light on?

yes! the check engine light comes on when its jerking. i assumed it w
had to be a battery problem because while driving in a stright road, it seems smooth but all it takes to mess it up is a little overlap on the road. everything was fine with the car 2 weeks ago but i got a flat and finally got the chance to repair it, and like i said my battery going dead was the only problem i had when i tried to drive it. thanks. i will take this in consideration and keep you guys posted.
