i just put an engine in my eclipse and when i start it everything is fine. it runs smoothly on all 4 cylinders, but after about 15 minutes of running one cylinder drops out. it has spark and it pulses so its not electrical. I thought it was an ejecter but i switched the one i thought was bad with a good one but it doesnt fix it. its the one closest to the start of the fuel rail. What could it be?

Post a video if you can my friend

Hate to tell you this but this just happened to my buddy's spyder with a stock 7bolt, stock head bolts and head gasket with 150k miles spiking to 35+ psi and falling and holding at 27 psi at the track.

Did a compression test 180, 30, 180, 175. You might have a popped head gasket as I am hoping that is all that is wrong with my buddies car.

Edit: I see your non turbo, how many miles are on that engine?

it has less than 30,000 miles but if it is something serious with the engine i have a warrenty. i just have to pull it back out

Do you have noid lights? they are led ligts that fit into your injector harness to check for injection signal from your PCM. you can also use a multimeter with a duty cycle or pulse width setting.

maybe this is you
