1997 Eclipse spyder running on 2 cylinders

I have a 1997 eclipse spyder gs 2.4 liter that i recently put a new engine in it. I have spark to all 4 cylinders but only 2 are getting gas. i switched the fuel injector sensors from the 2 that were firing to the 2 that werent then those two were running so i know its not the injectors. im 99 percent sure its electrical. i changed camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, and even the ecu. What else could it be? anyone ever expierience anything like this?

ill check it tomorrow, think i already have but ill check it again. i bet its something stupid. i got my ecu from a salvage yard. whats the odds of an ecu with the same problem?
