OK i just got a 1995 tubro eclispe and when you start it idels at 2 to 3 and slowy goes up..
And when giving it gas it jurkes and sputers and acts like it is going to cut off....I think it is a sparkplug or vacum somewere but my firend somethign about teh turbo becausse if it build over half gauge of boost it starts doing that like a bad air/fuel mix...

Ordinarily, I wouldn't respond to a question like this, but I'll get to that later.

First off: Replace your spark plugs with NGK BPR6ES gapped to .028". Replace your plug wires while you're at it.

Second: Do a PROPER boost leak test. This will require you to have a functioning aftermarket boost gauge. You cannot use your stock gauge to do this.

Third: Well, ideally this would come before #2, but get one of those functioning aftermarket boost gauges I talked about earlier. Saying "half the gauge" really doesn't help us, or you, at all. Before you begin modifying your car, you NEED to have accurate information about how much pressure your turbo is creating, or how much it is losing.

Fourth: Now just for kicks, check your turbo for shaft play. Take off the intake hose and try to wiggle the compressor wheel up and down and in and out. Any in and out play means the turbo is shot. Any noticeable side-side/up-down play means that it may be close to being shot.

Fifth: Work on your spelling and grammar a bit. Use the spell-check feature. Remember when I said I usually don't answer questions like this? To properly diagnose a problem on an internet forum, you need to be precise, clear, and direct in your description of the problem. When you say "it idels at 2 to 3 and slowy goes up.." do you mean 2 or 3 thousand, or 2 or 3 hundred? Does it stop going up? How long does it take to come back down? What does it normally idle at?

When you say "And when giving it gas it jurkes and sputers and acts like it is going to cut off...." what RPM range is this happening in? Is it at wide-open throttle? Cruising? Partial throttle acceleration? Certain gears? Is the engine at proper operating temperature?

In short, be extremely precise when you describe your problem, otherwise it results in us having to ask you a million questions to get all this information out of you, which results in a waste of time for both us and you. Report back your results or any other information you can, and good luck.

ok sorry about all of that it ldels at 2 to 300 rmps and goes up to 900 or so...I will check the turbo for play....I will post back when i know so more about it.

Thanks again
