While I'm waiting for the other parts, I tossed on some rain guards that I had found. It'll be nice to leave the windows cracked on the hot days to help with the heat. Not to mention cold air without using the A/C.
You definitely have circuit board damage from C108 and I can't tell what diode that is but I would send it in to ECMLink and let those guys repair it.Popped open the ECU to see how it was doing. Seems in relatively good condition (last Talon had a hole burnt through the pcb and somehow still ran).

Its not hard at all. You'll need to remove the side mirrors to get it installed correctly. That means the door cards have to come off as well. Then you have to lightly scuff the area where the tape will sit on the door (I would imagine you can do it without scuffing, but it does provide a better adhesion). Just line up the top of the rain guard with the door and work your way down. Pretty simple job, just dry test it on the door to get a good idea of where you want it.How’s the install go? I have the exact same brand of rain guards I’ll be installing this weekend and curious what kinda fight I’m up for. Lol.
That is kind of the plan. I have another ECU that I am going to send in though. It's an EPROM so Ill just keep this one as is and eventually put it in storage. My last Talon had a hole completely burnt through the board and somehow ran so this is less of an issue for me. Maybe down the road Ill send it in and get it fixed up anyways, but my goal is to have ECMLink installed. You definitely have circuit board damage from C108 and I can't tell what diode that is but I would send it in to ECMLink and let those guys repair it.
