Resolved 1990 No CEL

Car is a 1990 Talon with a stage 3 Keydiver chip. I checked pin 102 (power supply) and there was no voltage which leads me to wonder, where does the ecu receive its power source?

The MPI relay is engaging and the room fuse is still good, where else could the power be getting cut off at.

Is there anyone local that has a 90 Talon or Eclipse that is currently in working condition that I can test my ECU with within an hours drive of Havelock, NC?

Hoookay, so pretty much alleviated we're good now. Had a friend bring an ECU, swapped it, and sure enough, started up after a few cranks..so will be sendin the ECU back to link.
