2G rough idle/no power no cel

First off I've been searching and couldn't find any info so if my problem has been answered somewhere else please direct me there. Anyhow my car ran fine a few months ago but had misfire and hesitation problems. i built a boost leak tester since then and fixed a couple leaks to take care of that. But recently its been running really rough (undrivable) has barely enough power to move out of its own way have to ride the clutch just to move it. idles really rough and hesitates really bad when you open the throttle even in neutral. Boost leaks have been fixed, plugs are new bpr6es gapped to .29 and coils, wires, fuel pump and filter, and maf are new (probably forgetting some stuff a lot has been replaced). i did a compression test and came up with 120 120 120 105 without opening the throttle. I'm thinking maybe a valve problem? Have done all of the vacuum lines and the egr as well and right now I'm stumped. Any ideas or advice would be helpful.

Nope but I did drive it like 30 minutes after the fuel pump started to go (replaced w OEM) and I did have a lot of boost leak issues before causing me to destroy like 6 sets of sparkplugs (I was too dumb to realize what the problem was at the time) but that has recently been fixed. Car has been running worse and worse until now it barely runs at all... I'm thinking I warped the valves or theyre just really badly built up with carbon?

Is it an oem maf? And is it plugged in haha sorry for that question but my buddy and I were working on his 2g and it was running like crap and we changed 2 sets of plugs and 3 hours later we found out his maf was unplugged.

Haha I'm not sure why that last post was posted twice... Anyway yes I have tried two different mafs.

That low cylinder makes me think your misfires cause a burned valve or rings. Try a wet compression test. Put oil in the cylinder and see if the compression comes up. If not I'd check the valves. I had a evo doing this that the customer didn't tell me how he started the car with the belt off 3 teeth. Valves where bent, car idled but it was low and as soon as you went to drive it, it just fell on its face.

I redid my compression test (dry) and got 120 across the board with a cold motor that hadn't been started in a month I've decided that it's not a motor problem. I just got ecmlink hooked up and next is my Wideband and a e3 16g so after its back together I'm going to start it up and see if I can't figure it out. I also put an adjustable fpr on it to make sure that it's getting fuel. I will update this thread when I figure it out
