1G 1990 GSX Fuel Pump Wiring

i installed a 255 LPH fuel pump and the car wouldn’t start so i was checking my wiring to see if i was getting proper power and the black and white wire that connects to the positive terminal on the fuel pump isn’t getting power with the key on at the pigtail connector i’m just wondering if anyone has any diagrams of what wires should give me power and when for the mpi relay to the pump

Have you checked at the pigtail connector level to see if there is power on those prongs?

i found out the positive terminal bolt for the pump was re done and causing it to short out i need a new pump hanger but im struggling to find one does anyone know where i can get one

The terminal on the pump housing?
If so install a new bulkhead connector
