I have a 1990 and a 1992 GS N/T 4g63. The dome light isn’t working.

To speed things up to chase, I’ve checked everything and I found door switch’s have two wires going to them, a yellow with white stripe and a green with red strip. The green is intact but the yellow I can’t seem to find it at all.

On my 92 everything’s is ran fine and on my 90 it’s missing the yellow wire.

It's not just the screws that corrode. The contacts are exposed and after 33 years they are likely covered in green copper oxide.
Fixed it wired from door switch has green and yellow wire from the yellow wire ran it straight to the wire running to the light bulb it self tap into it and now works properly
The thing to remember about dome lighting is that it is ALWAY HOT and is waiting on a ground to complete the circuit. It is one of the only components wired this way (the horn is also).
Use a DMM and check or replace fuses as @92AWDHX40 has stated. Also test or replace the bulb. With a DMM you can check which side of the dome light fixture is 12+ constantly (one side or the other with the bulb REMOVED) then the issue is completing the circuit with a ground. If you ground the opposite side of the bulb (when it is reinstalled in the fixture) with a test lead or a random wire going to ground, it should illuminate (if you touch the wrong side, you will BLOW the fuse so be sure on that). This now points to a bad ground on that side which is the wire that has fallen off of the door switch and is now inside the door.
It is a pretty easy circuit to diagnose.
Let us know how it goes!

I'm guessing that your 92 has a factory theft alarm and your 90 doesn't.

One pin on the door switches is for the lighting and the other is for the theft circuit. The mounting screw is the ground. These switches are known for corroding up and not closing the circuit.

Note that the "dome light relay" actually is some control logic that dims the lights.

So I bet if you clean the screws (Steve to the rescue, AGAIN :thumb:) attachment point, you will restore the ground to the circuit.

Green is bad kids......:nono:
