Well if people with similar builds as me are following this and run into the problems i have here is the solution. The nipple on the wastegate was in a postion where it would poke the hose on it for the MBC against the intake so that it would not have any control on boost. The intake that was on it was an FP 4 inch. My local performance shop told me i would need to buy a new intake. So i did and purchased and ebay dejon tool replica. Still didnt solve the problem. So I decided what the hell ima just mess with the nipple and see what happends. I bent the nipple a bit toward the front of the car and bam everything is workin fine. When you do this you only need to bend it a bit and make sure not to bend it so that the bend in the nipple blocks it off. This may be common sense to some but im posting it here in hopes it helps someone else save money and some headaches.
