Well the title speaks for itself, I am trying to get the most out of my 16g before it retires. I am hoping to net over 400hp with this setup but my goal is to break 451hp (the tuners 16g record :applause:). A quick break down of the things going in the car:

Block: 6-bolt Groden aluminum rods, buschur racing spec je forged 9.0:1 forged pistons, clevite main and rod bearings, mitsu crank & B.S.E

Head: Buschur racing stage 3 built head, stainless o-ringed, 1mm stainless oversized valves, ported and polished, Kiggly racing beehive valve springs, HKS 272's intake and exhaust, mitsu mls headgasket, ARP headstuds & a kevlar timing belt.

Tranny: Shep stage 4 transmission, Cryogenic treated and welded center diff, Quarter Master 7.25 twin disc clutch, and S.S. clutch line

Engine Management: Aem ems (I will be running speed density), Aem wideband & Complete car rewire and tuck.

Fuel: dual walbro 255's -8 s.steel braided fuel line to rail with inline fuel filter, Aeromotive fpr, Aem fuel rail & FIC 1650cc injectors

Turbo/Intercooler: Buschur Fmic, 2 1/2 Intercooler Piping, 3 inch uicp with tial Q BOV, evo3 16g ported hotside and clipped, Ported o2 & ported 2g exhaust manifold.

Brakes Rotopros cross drilled/slotted/zinc plated rotors, technafit s.steel brake lines, stock 1g calipers & and whatever pads I decide later down the road.

Also, I am porting out the stock intake manifold as much as possible before I go to a Smim, so I can compare the differences.
The car is in Arkansas as I speak, and will be for the next few months or so.

Everything seems fine. Cant forget maintenance. But sounds good. Did you do your research for everything you got, remember theres no such thing as the best part. Keep us updated. Good luck

Well It looks like this Thursday I will be taking my car to Arkansas to begin pulling the 7 bolt and doing a wire tuck and re-wire. I'm going to bring everything I have and marry it to the 1g and hopefully in a few months I can post some dyno numbers! I believe the 16g horsepower record is 451hp, I will be trying to take that a small step further...

Just got back from Arkansas, car is at the shop now and I will be getting some pictures of the progress hopefully soon. I wish I could help but life wont allow it.

About to order 7.25 twin disc Quarter master clutch along with new flywheel, flywheel bolts, s.s. clutch line, TOB, clutch fork, and clutch fork pivot ball.

yeah. Just go e85 to prevent knock and also cause to hit those numbers with a 16g you need to definitely have your boost over 25lbs. Also advance your timing about 5 or more degrees to operate with e85 cause e85 is an imploding fuel not exploding like petroleum gasoline. Keep that in mind and I'm sure you will have no problem hitting your goal.

Mike Kimmis helped build most of this block, you can look him up on google or you tube and you'll find all kinds of information, along with the guy I bought it from who is on this site but I can not remember his tag right off hand.
The very first e-85 station just opened up in my area two weeks ago so I will for sure be using it, especially at 1.99 a gallon!

You talking about the station off highway 80? And i think im ganna get PTS on 80 to do my machine work, hopefully ill be ready to take that turbo off your hands soon :)

No actually I have talked to PTS and they are very expensive as far as builds go and you also have to bring the motor to them, they won't take it out. The guys that built my motor are not local. The turbo will be for sale to you for sure but I am going to run it for a little bit before I sell it so I can break in some of the newer parts I'm installing.

No major updates yet but I just ordered aluminum driveshaft carrier bearings and jays racing alternator relocation. I just like how I can keep track of myself on the blogs LOL. Jakelandry, I saw your car pulling into your work place the other day, it looks really good but I was on my way to work so I couldn't stop by.
