So im having problems with my boost. The fp intake i have is pinching the hose going to my boost controller. The nipple on the wastegate is right against the intake. Local shop said i should just invest in a new intake. So i did bought an ebay intake and here is the comparison.

For the amount i paid it wasnt to bad. The intake was pitted and scratched. The welds on the inside looked horrible and the inside was not sanded down but it should do its job. I also purcahsed some fog light bezels ill put on eventually.

Alot of things with the car has not gone very smooth and has been pretty frustrating. Im sure others run into this with there project car and all i gotta say is Dont Give Up! When its goin wrong it feels bad but once its done and you sit back and look at it, it makes me smile. Well May 25th i should get my tune so we will see how things go. Untill then ill leave these pictures that i took the other day.

Clean car! Are those superleggeras? I had a similar issue with an ebay intake like that, I was lucky enough that I could work around it. But I was running a tdo5 20g, from the looks of that intake I would guess you were running something bigger.

Thanks very much. They are the bbs wheels that came stock on the evo se. Yes very true the intake is pretty monstrous but its only on a small 16g.
