14B porting w/ flapper mod

Where can i send a 14b to get all ported and flapper mod so i dont have boost creep? What exactly do i need to tell them to port? I've read so many different things on here on how to fix boost creep i'm overwhelmed. I want to send somebody a 14b and have it come back ready to go so i dont have to take it off again. Also am lost on what o2 housing to buy that will bolt on to stock down pipe(for now) and DOESNT have the dump..too loud.
Thanks in advance! I've been reading for about 2 hours and searched and searched..just trying to narrow it down a bit... TOO MUCH INPUT!

To get your turbo ported and have the flapper modded, I know Slowboy Racing(www.slowboyracing.com) does those services. I would just have the exhaust housing ported if you are going to send it out. As far as 02 housing goes, a ported 2g or ported EVO III flow pretty well with the better one being the EVO III. I don't have any experience with other ones, so if anyone else does, they can correct me. HTH

Have you thought about porting it yourself? It's not exactly rocket science. There are many threads with example of people solving boost creep with just porting without even upgrading the flapper. I know porting sounds kinda intimidating but just like changing oil, once you get started you will realize how ridiculous it is to pay someone else to do it.

Or you could just buy a turbine housing from bullseye. Its supposed to have the flow of near an 8cm housing with the spool characteristics near that of a 6cm housing. It also has a 38mm internal wastgate.
