People dumping w/ 34 mm flapper mod

I am looking at getting a evo16g, ported, and with the 34 mm flapper mod. My question is can I use an o2 dump w/ the 34 mm flapper mod? Well I know I CAN do it, but will it help out on the lag and creep at all? Or Could it cause it worse because of the lack of backpressure on the wastegate? Anyone have any suggestions or feelings on this?

O2 dumps help to eliminate boost creep, so you should be pretty well off with the 34mm flapper and the O2 dump.
