Is there a way to hook up stock 10 disk changer to aftermarket head unit? Also what is it worth?

you will have to get a head unit with the pug on the back of it. I have only seen that plug on the more expensive head units.

You would need a head unit that is cdc capable/ready then also get a language converter to make it even work... Moral of the story not worth the time or effort they used to sell RF CD CHANGERS haven't seen one in a store for years but they are easy to install
