1G 1/2 of cluster stopped working!

Ok guys while riding home tonight 1/2 of my cluster decided to quit on me. Now let me say this, I've ridden in some rough cars but these ksport coilovers are like riding a low rider on wooden blocks. So im sure something got jarred loose. So anyhow, I hit a bump and look down no tach, coolant, or oil pressure. Speedo and fuel gauge still working. Any ideas?

speedo is mechanical, its a wire that the transmission spins and in turn spins your speedo. fuel sender is in the gas tank, its just a simple resistance circuit.

tach comes from the ecu
coolant comes from the single wire sensor lower half of the t-stat housing, closest to the head
oil pressure comes from the big mushroom sensor on the filter housing.

to get to the gauge cluster, i think they're the wire harnesses over in the passenger side kick panel, so pull the cover off over there, and check out the white wire connectors, like C-50 and C-58 all the way to the right on this CLICKABLE diagram:

Thanks. I'll let you know what happens. Is it difficult to remove the cluster? I just think it's weird all 3 stopped working at the exact same time. I'm going to check the kick panel now.

Well before I did anything I turned the car on and I wacked the dash real good and it started working. My 600hp lex was the same way. I replaced the cluster and all was well. does the cluster replace in 1 piece?

Yes it does, comes out pretty easy too. I'm sure there's a vfaq on it somewhere to make it even simpler. The body-side connectors for the gauge cluster are like a snap-in floating type, directly behind the cluster, maybe one of those is loose and just needs re-snapped in place.

Yeah it worked fine on my way to work. I'm sure it's a matter of time before it happened again. I'm going to hit the local pick and pull this weekend.
