You have to, the edge is too fine to meet together. Plus box blades are thicker than these.

These are my attempts of weaving, 1 was free hand and the other was walking the cup as much as I could, only 2 that came out ok, still trying to.learn but I know my biggest problem is my filler wire is to small as im using 1.6mm wire where I need a lot thicker. Am going to try a smaller weld with the 1.6 soon so I hope it comes out better or at least I get a little better!

Anyone know what angle or a quick how to? This saw the blade pivots not the base.

Pick desired angle. Cut, then rotate 1/4 turn.

Well i bought a vibrant collector that i chopped open before i welded it i was gonna ise that as a cur reference indont habe an angle.

Depends on how far down you want the turbo to sit. I have a 3" one and i think 2" would have been better or 2.5"

Sweet. I am in talks with someone who can spit out AN fittings quick and can do better pricing so I will update you guys when I find out.
2 things I want and can't find. This round pieces for catch cans and site glass for catch cans.

In other news. I got the Jackson balder bh3 helmet due to the sick deal on amazon.
The gantry for the torchmate plasma Cnc showed up.
And I have a new tweco fabricator 141i on order.
