Yup

No cracks, never turned brown, no leaks

Almost 2k miles so far, once again, with the 50 trim on it.

Not to mention car is daily driven so it is started every morning in the cold which means it is constantly getting heat cycled.

It is also ported too, to anybody that said it might get too thin from porting.

5000 miles so far

No brown, no rust, no cracking.

your engine bay is imaculate my friend...nice work!

How's your hood doing? My CF was starting to yellow back when I had my DNP. :boring: I was forced to go out and buy a heatshield for the hood.

Thanks for all the compliments

Hood is mint, only heat related problem I had is that I melted my stock A/C fan. LOL

(And I believe that was from my recirculated tubular o2, that recirc pipe glows purple!)

Well the car spun number one rod bearing, so I haven't used it much more then 5-6k miles.

I believe the two top studs off cylinders 3 and 4 needed to be trimmed down, but not all that much. You'll see when you go to put it on.

Manifold worked perfect though.. no cracks, no leaks. Mind you that mine is also ported out to match a 50 trim so its much thinner then a stock XO2 and still works excellent.

Sorry for bringing this back from the dead but is it necessary to port this manifold. I'm running a 16g will i need to port it were it meets at the head or can i bolt up and go. And how did you grind the studs down, I dont want to mash the studs up and not have the nuts go on.

Hacksaw, then file the sharp edges.

You need to port the collector not really the head so much.

I've never ported anything before so how would I go about porting it and making sure i don't mess anything up. How much do i take off what kind of tool do i need to use and what would happen if I didn't port it. Is the collector the part that bolts to the turbo?? Ha Ha I'm sure it is but i just want to make sure, and how far into the collector do i need to go???? Sorry for the long post.

I have one of these manifolds i recently bought it used and have no idea what the brand is but it seems to be good quality material and has no cracks i only paid 70 bucks shipped so I figured its worth it. i cant really notice a power increase but it probably gives better spool because the exhaust is angled more directly to the turbo. I did also have to grind down one of the studs to get it to fit flush with the head but i guess thats what you gotta deal with with these cheaper products over all its pretty good and gives the bay a kick ass look.
