WTH kinda ECU is this??

Took this out of my white car. 1Ga TSi 5 speed blah blah blah. Well its only got these weird markings on it and I have no idea what it is. I don;;t see an EPROM chip but there is a weird chip on the side any ideas?

possible was rebuilt by someone and thats their trade mark or the rebuilders sig

Its just a non eprom turbo ecu. The board on the left bottom of the ecu is for the knock sensor.

4478A is a E2T34478 which is from a MD145903. 1990 Turbo MT AWD.
