for some reason i can't get my MBC to raise the boost at all. i disconnected the hoses on the compressor housing outlet, wastegate, intake, etc, and i capped the hole on the intake and housing. then i t'd the boost pressure source side of the MBC (joep) into the intake to bov line and put the other side of the mbc to the wastegate. when i turned the mbc fully to 'increase' it only raised it from .8 to .9 bar.
semi-dejected, i tried moving the pressure source from the intake/bov line to the compressor housing outlet. now whether the mbc is all the way out or in, it only boosts .8 bar. what's wrong? did i hook it up incorrectly or do i have a massive boost leak of sorts? something wrong with the bov (its a stock 2g - leaky?)? it did the same thing on my friends' crappy bleeder type that he let me use for a while. i'm getting seriously frustrated!
