I was just wondering has anyone thought of putting an intercooler under the hood like a WRX and makin a custom hood? Might look cool

The temps above your engine are going to be hotter than in the front of the car so it will hurt your cooling efficiency.. not to mention now you have a intercooler in the way of getting at your motor. That and if you ask me a nice front mount looks better than any hood scoop.
