Go back and check all of your wire connections. Make sure they are clean and tight. Also check your neutral safety switch.

Check the small wire on the starter. It not only plugs into the starter, but plugs in again a couple feet later. It's taped to the other wiring, so it can easily be missed.

You probably forgot the starter ground wire. You have to slide the left (further back) bolt through it and tighten it to the transmission...it should be hanging close to the bolt hole/speed sensor area.
