I put in an APEXI AFC and my car ran fine......I shut it off and then it wont start(idles really bad and wont rev past 2-3k) So I took out the AFC and my car ran fine.....now today I go to start it and it does the same thing......barely will start and idles low and wont rev past 2-3k......I reset the ECU also and still nothing....all the wires are hooked up to the ECU

If it has it's own harness(that plugs into the ecu), you could have broken a wire, that happened to mine and the car would only start like once a day for about 7 seconds... If you wired it yourself, well then I have no idea.

yes the AFC is off now.......also it is wired in and I double checked the wires.......I dunno whats going on......maybe the ECU somehow got messed up? I'm going to check the wires again

Try resetting the ECU by unplugging the battery for 20 mins. Then after that Rest the AFC to factory settings by using the "initiate" setting. Then fix all your settings. hotwire, 4 cylinder, karmen sensor, and etc. Then let the car run for about 5 mins. Then try running the car if it idles right.

Definitely check all of your wiring and make sure they aren't touching any other wires if no progress then you may have to look into a new afc. Also make sure that you are using the Karmen setting, any other questions feel free to pm me.
