won't rev past 3k?????????

This is weird. I installed a new turbo, injec, basically everything last night and when i went to start it it started and idled normal. I let it run for a bit to get warm then shut it off to start basic tuning the maf. as soon as i connected the white wire and messed with the knobs my car was suddenly richer than shit and it wouldn't rev past 3grand. It sounded like when you have an SAFC on karman when it's supposed to be on flap. Kinda like a rev limiter. I have 750cc inj and i've heard that it would be a bi*** to tune with the maf and safc, but what do I do?

I don't have an answer to your question, but I would be careful about bumping. Wouldn't want to draw the ire of a Mod. I would remove everything and start from scratch. You could at least test everything step by step to find your "problem"
