won't rev once boosted

car seems to do fine in first with low boost but when in other gears once its fully boosted the rpms go up very slow starting at around 4000. its not fuel cutting or anything like it will keep accelerating at that point just really slowly. what could this be? and its all stock and running off of wastegate pressure

Do a boost leak test, more than likely you just need to tighten a coupler.

i did a boost leak test awhile ago and didn't find any, but i will do it again. now is there anything else it could be if no boost leaks?

If it was a boost leak it would more than likely sputter at some point which you said it didnt so thats ruled out.

If it's no boost leak then check the connection on the ignition module, when mine came loose my car had all kinds of odd behavior.
