Started once, won't start again..?

I started up my Talon yesterday. It was the first time I ever got it to run. The idle was stuck down, at like 2000 rpm. I think it was a vacum leak or something. But I shut it down. I went to fire it back up and nothing.. There's fuel preasure in the rail. Fire at the plugs. I pulled the plugs out and they are wet and covered in gas.

Also my door locks, and power mirrors work, but my windows don't roll down. Any Ideas?
None of my fuses are blown, and the motors are still good.

Okay I got it sorry for wasting space. The last guy that had the car blew the turbo and engine. The intercooler was filled with oil. Cleaned it out, and it runs like a champ.

Still can't figure out the windows though.

Make sure the lock button isn't pressed in.
