OK well i thought i fixed my axle. I used a bolt from the local hardware store. But I am guessing its not the right one. I am guessing i needed something a little stronger. But anyway. I had one bolt left to try to fix this issue, but now i snaped that one in the engine block. Now i am wondering how i can fix it, or how a shop would fix it.

I am guessing they are going to put the car on a lift and drill out the bolts out of the bolt holes in the engine block. Then replace them with new ones, and use the A/C bracket. This car isnt a bad car, just this damn axle has been owning me hardcare. So any ideas, or any ideas on how a shop is going to fix it please let me know. Or if theres anyway i can fix it. I am guessing not since, i dont have a drill to drill them out. But any useful info will help greatly thanks..

well yea its the carrier bearing for the front left.. It what bolts to the back of the block..

If you take the bolts out of the part that the bolts go through and let it hang down, is the bolt broke off flush with the block or is there a little piece you could get some vice grips on.With no head on the bolt there really shouldn't be any pressure on the threads. Unless its cross threaded or the wrong threads. If it was cross threaded or the wrong thread make sure you run a tap it there to clean the threads out, and use the tap as a reference to what bolt you get or it will just happen again. You might end up just having to rock the one bolt :tease:Hope you get it out though:thumb:
