Help! [Engine won't rev]

When I step on the gas my car barely goes then it stops then it will go again but it doesn't get over like 5 miles per hour. Does any one know what could be wrong with it? I got the engine only a couple months ago.

hmmm, you have not said what you have tested and not tested, I would start with the basic tests first, definately do a boost leak test and check your timing marks and timing position. then if you dont find anything wrong there, check your fuel pressure, engine compression.

With the problem reported I'd start with a compression test and make sure that all 4 cylinders are firing.
