Ok here it is my boss has a 96 automatic gsx thats making 420whp and 400wtq. He's upgrading everything that hasnt already been....I think he's going to get ams manifolds and we cant quite figure out what size throttle body or what brand to upgrade to so if you can help me out I'd appreciate it!!!:D The goal is to make 500whp under 30psi!!!

You can easily make that on a stock 1g TB... you can even have it bored out a little if you want..

Plenty of people have made 500whp on stock tbs..

At most you can upgrade to 75mm if your worried about it

Well we've thought about having it bored but he just wants everything to look really clean. It's going to be a car they take to shows so everything has to flow together. Me personaly have no idea what brands we should look into. If you know any off hand I can check out that would be cool!!

I can respect that
I'm the same way myself ;)

I was going to go with this TB for a while, then when Boomba Racing came out with their 75mm TB & strictly modifed making great passes with it, i quickly changed my mind

Bommba 75mm

Only drawback is you need to buy an EVO TPS sensor that plugs right in to your harness, i bought mine used from a parted out EVO for $30 shipped

Price
FFTEC w/Adapter $465
Bommba w/Adapter $437

Function
Both have the same function (75mm and OEM style pedal feel)
