1G Wiseco/K1 connecting rods

has any one tryed wiseco connecting rods, just called them today, for there honing instruction and seen them on there web site,,

The op called them for cylinder honing instructions and also noticed rods on their webpage. The rods and cranks they sell are k1.

K1 Technologies is the sportsman series of products from Carrillo, and Carrillo is owned by Wiseco.

I have very little experience with any K1 stuff, but it should be pretty equivelent to Eagle and Scat as far as performance and quality.

They are actually K1 rods. They are an EXCELLENT rod.

yeah the reason i asked for the homing instruction is my machine shop honed my block for both steel and chrome rings,, i never heard of that,, and the plan back then was just to use topline piston and rings,, and there first and second ring is steel with a chrome face,, and third ring is steel,, now this is what the rep at topline told me,, so i told guy darr, and thats what he did,, but now my plans have changed, and i am looking a wiseco and eagle combo,, just seeing if i need to take the motor back and rehone it for the wiseco rings,,,
