Apparantly when I thought I had to much shaft play about a year ago, I guess I was correct in thinking the turbo was almost blown. Now I got a bigger one. :thumb: (and rebuilt head OMG ).

Im also looking into the 2.4 hybrid swap with like a 50 trim or something. That will all be done in the summer though, along with the paintjob and other things.
 
Any one know where I can get some 110 octane gas other than at great lakes? I'm heading down there on Fri (3rd time this year) and I want to get some 110 but it is 6 bucks a gallon at the track. So anyone know a cheaper place between waukesha and great lakes?

I know its availible at Wolf Fuels in Hartford, not sure how far of a drive that is for you though

You can get it on Hwy 100 at the gas station next to Hlaes Corners Raceway or whatever it is called.

hey sorry i didn't make it to the cookout i was pissed i spent the weekend waiting for my injectors and regulator i replaced those and then my $hita$$ fuel filter went bad so i replaced that and i had some girl problems :mad: and now my car is back in business :thumb: i will be hitting up great lakes next fri. so if anyone wants to join the more the merrier
 
I'm trying to get a loan to buy this 94 civic hatch :p it has a few things done to it OMG

I would be down if I had only had a car to run. I am going to look at a plymouth colt forsale on friday and hopefully that will be my new fun car. :thumb:
 
GSR, w/ forged internals 10:1, jagged knifed crank, and a bunch of other lil goodies ;).... Nice setup for me to slap a 14b, or even a 16g at 10psi :p. can u say mid to low 12s :-d

How much is that going for if you don't mind me asking? If you are going to turbo it "do it right" is all i can say since a buddy of mine just turboed his b16 and is having nothing but problems. Sounds like a nice car it should allready be in the 13s I would say as is.

One of my friends bothers just put together an all motor hatch, gutted it and built the motor. (LS vtec) He consistently runs low 12s with it. It is not street legal though, it runs on drag slicks and has to be taken to the track on a car dolly but still. Next time we are going to the track I will let you know if you are still around. I f you want to check it out. They go almost every week.
 
I'm gonna pay 7 for it. It was repainted, new tranny, motor has about 15k on it. There somethign wrong w/ ur friends car because i have a buddy with a 94 4dr w/ a b16. He runs low 15s all motor....... if your friend really runs 16s like you said then i think your friends motor is junk if he is turning them times on a coupe. I will build the turbo right :p Don't worry.

No, can you say traction issue even with drags. My friend has a 96 hatch with a b18c1 with a 14b, built bottom w/ jg internals, and alot of other crape 2 @ 10 psi runs a 13.8 and dynos at 240whp. the 14b spools to fast for him. Dunno about how a 16g would go?

I know dynotuned in madison has b20 turbo vtec runs only a 13.5 with drags also. No internals @ 5 psi. dynos at 270whp and has a .44 trim and they say its because the turbo spools to fast also.

Both these cars kick my ass on drops, but from a dead stop in a 1/4 run on the street I beat them everytime. AWD baby...

Ask Zerofreeze he can vouche on both these cars.

Don't get me wrong i can only see you hitting 12's if your the king sh1t driver, who knows if you are :laugh:
 
Run a gt28rs on your car, its also called a disco potatoe. Fantastic quick spool turbo that supports a good amount of power.

yeah he ran a 16 flat as his best run with hsi b16. he balmed it on his tranny beacuse it is an ls tranny which is really long, but another kid at the track a different day ran a best of a 15.8 with a b16 tranny.
 
My friend runs a LS tranny because its going to be boosted soon, so those long gears won't mean anything, I don't think ur friend can drive hehe.
