Anyone willing to come over tomorrow (sunday, sept 19) for a couple hours to help me finish taking my bottom end out of my car. I just really have to take the axles, transfer case and a couple more small things out. It would be nice if possible to get some help as i have never worked on qa 4g63 before. oh, its a 92 tsi awd. And this site rocks

Well, i finaly got arround to installing my interior LED's today. I put 1 blue LED in each of the HVAC vents, and 2 hidden in each foot well. Looks sweet as hell. All controled by a hidden switch so the cops will never figure it out. I also have silver faced reverse indigo dark blue font gauges and HAVC overlay, looks sweet all together!!

Yessir, is was a fun ole time, and the only DSM casualty was a brake line rubbing on a rotor. The Yahoo group is a great place to meet people from WI.

It seems that my top for my Spyder doesn't want to go up or down when I push the button. I don't know if the motor is busted or if it has to do with hydrolics. When I push the button, I hear the motor make noise, but the converitable top does not move. Can anyone help me out?


Anyone in WI know of any shops that specialize in this kind of work that might be able to take a look at it and find out what the problem is?

stardiamond, the lug key looks like a star that fits over the lug and then a socket fits on the other end. Is this what you are looking for?

AHH..... no the star is inside the lug. Looks liek a big torque star would fit in it if you know what i mean.

Shep is the BEST rebuilder hands down. You made a good choice. I have heard only good things from him.

www.9secondracing.com i think they have the muffler, i know they have the exhaust system for sure. CHEAP AS HELL TOO 570 for the gst. but look around they they might have just the muffler
