Im sorry, but for those of us that spend countless dollars on a turbo or blow off or even new injectors, i have had my work done because I want it done right, and cant afford to fix it if I screw it up. Nothing wrong with having someone do it. Thats why we pay them, we trust their work more than ours. And 99.9% of the time, the shops are cool enough that they will show you what they're doing and teach you quickly to give you a basic understanding, that way you don't have to pay next time. Nothing against DIY'ers. I have tremendous respect for someone that can rip apart and rebuild their car in a day. I just know i trust the work of a major shop over myself. Liability and warrenties are wonderful things. Just my 2 cents. Well, more like 6 or 7 cents.
