I got a 12in spal fan and installed it etc... The harness coming from the old fan was 4 wires. one blue one green one thick black one thinner black. I took the blacks and combined those and the green and blue and combined those. The fan works fine but the fan relay is making some noise while the fan is on.. Did I do this right?

That should be fine right? Any idea why the relay is making noise?

No run it either at high or low not both simultaneously.

By this schematic (from a 90' Eclipse) of your wiring you should be able to hook it to the blu/red and the blu/blk wires and be fine

the noise u hear is the relay switching. NOT GOOD. take off one of the power wires(Slow or fast) the decision is up to you...

The relay now sticks to the on position sometimes when I shut off the car. I just take it out of the block and stick it back in. I think I need a new relay before I rewire it. Thanks for the info :) Which color is high? Ill just wire it on high.
