Would you happen to have a picture of this adapter installed? im unsure how this get installed. it mentions this adpater is bolted to the back side but on my intake manifold theres no where to bolt it. do i need to drill holes?

No man. You must have skimmed over it too fast. Go back to that link and read it again.

It says that THE SENSOR is mounted to the BACKSIDE of the ADAPTOR, the vacuum line is run from the barbed end, and then tee'd off to the intake manifold's pressure source.

Looks like you're going to have to get a little creative and fab up your own way to mount this bad boy.
