So my map sensor pigtails are already wired into my harness, but i wanna run ecmlink plug n play harness. need some help save way and correct way to make it back to stock.

I'm not quiet sure( just did a quick search), but it seems to me like all you need to do is take off the pigtail of the MAP sensor off. Then just reconnect the wires back together by color matching the wires back together. Because it seems to me like the wires on the MAP sensor pigtail are just " T " off, so i wouldn't see why just taking off the pigtail and reconnecting the wire back will change anything except for no pigtail/map sensor signal.
