Okay so I am doing a head gasket change on my 420a. I am in the process of getting all the wiring etc. off the head. I don't know how to get all the wire harnesses disconnected. Seriously, I think I have a mental block when it comes to these things. First of all they are brittle and second I just can't seem to figure them out.

General advice would be appreciated but for you 420a guys, here are my immediate problems.

1) How do I disconnect the harness from the coil pack
2) How do I disconnect the harness from the wire going in the loom on the passenger side of the engine, going to near the fans.

Bonus Questions:

3) How do I disconnect the fuel line from the head? Well I mean there are two screws I probably need to undo but they are very difficult even with days of PB blaster.
4) How do I disconnect the throttle cable from the intake mani? Do I have to take off the throttle body?

Sorry for my needy questions but I've already broke two clips. Thank you very much for your time!

All of the harness are plastic with a tab that you push down to pull them off, try also using a little screw driver while you push down the tab use the screw driver to slowly help the pin up. the throttle cable turn the throttle and undo the cable remove the pellet from where the hole. when screws or bolts are too tight throw some brake fluid and let it sit for a few mins works like a charm

Thanks guys. I took the intake pipe off and put one leg in the engine bay. Then I could get a better look. One clip actually says "push" in about 4 point font haha.

And the fuel line I just undid by the two screws that hold it onto the fuel rail. Some fuel ran out but it was only about a 1/8 cup.
