2G How to gain access to flapper wire

Anybody know how to access the wire the makes the flapper for the ac mode to move? For some reason, half of the air comes out of the defrost vents causing a weak blow of air. The selection mode for the ac is mixed up because if I set the air to come out of the center vents, it releases the air to cool my feet instead. No matter what mode though, half goes through the defrost vents. Somebody please help

Got to take off center console and its side side trims, radio, top holding pins to glove box

Open glove box all the way so it's collapsed and you will see the wire from the side also.
