Windshield wiper rubber plugs

Hey weird I guess kinda stupid question, but couple of months ago I took my wipers off to paint them, then hurricane sandy came, now i was looking to put them back on finally and can't find the rubber plugs that cover the bolts. Does anyone know where I can get some replacements mine are somewhere in the Atlantic ocean, and I looked online and no one has a part number for them.

Right before a hurricane must have been the worst time possible to take off your wipers.
