Windshiel crack

Hey guys!

I Was driving 3 days ago an suddenly i saw the crack in the very top of the windshiel. It was very small so i didn't care since now. But this morning i turned on the car ( the car vibrate due to the muffler) and sudenly i saw the F%^&$#@ crack going down for no reason. Now i have the crack in the whole top of the windshield. I got so piss this morning.

And i am wondering, did that happen because i don't have a Front Strut bar?? Does that thing help to keep my glass stable? Even thought the windshiel is less than a year on the car.( last time was a Big ass rock ).
I know it might be a rock but i am pretty sure it wasn't a rock.

Do you have stiff engine mounts? I don't think the strut bar would stop the windshield from vibrating...but cracks in glass get bigger easily i've found - once the "structure" of the glass is broken (from a small crack), if you look at the bi*** the wrong way it will crack more. I'd say get a new windshield, maybe a quieter exhaust, and stop driving behind big trucks !
