I was looking at my fuel rail/injectors earlier and I noticed on the green end of one of my injectors there was a crack and I was able to spin it. I am trying to get my motor back together and running again. Is this something that I need to replace, or would it hurt it to leave it like that temporarily? I just noticed it now so I don't know if it was that way when I pulled my motor apart of not. I don't want to melt a piston or anything on my fresh rebuild. If I can't re-use it, can I buy an individual injector? Where?
Thanks!
