rear windshiel wiper

rear windshield wiper wont work, any ideas?have some of my own, but i was think'n it may be common, so thought i'd ask.

i would check a couple things. check if the fuse is blown, check to make sure that the nut on the wipes is tightend down and the wiper didnt come off the motor (happened to me before). if the all that is good the motor or the switch probly went out or there is a short in the circut.
